In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
By registering an Account, accessing the 39zk platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 39zk.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 39zk platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
39zk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address.
To register an Account and use 39zk services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
39zk reserves the right to request additional proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
39zk operates under an international gaming license and maintains servers outside Indonesia. Indonesian gambling laws, primarily the Public Gambling Act of 1867, predate online gaming and do not explicitly address internet-based wagering.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with your local laws. 39zk does not provide legal advice. To create an Account, you must provide accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You must create a strong password containing at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify 39zk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. 39zk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.
39zk is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Users. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport, a selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face, and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document).
KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit may be restricted from placing bets and withdrawing funds until verification is completed.
39zk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method: bank transfer up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction; e-wallet up to Rp 20,000,000 per transaction. Daily deposit limits may be set by Users through Responsible Gaming settings.
All deposits must be made from a payment method (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own legal name matching your 39zk Account registration. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from anonymous accounts, prepaid cards not registered in your name, or accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed at 08:30 WIB the next business day. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. 39zk does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on your 39zk Account. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing bonus-related funds.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal varies by payment method: bank transfer up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; e-wallet up to Rp 20,000,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on Account verification level and transaction history.
Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed at 08:30 WIB the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, 24/7. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24 hours.
39zk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000 in a single transaction) or unusual withdrawal patterns. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours.
39zk does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, if you have not met minimum wagering requirements (typically 1x the deposit amount), a processing fee of 5% may be applied. Your receiving financial institution may apply their own receiving fees.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 39zk are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the promotional materials. Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 39zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 10-20%; live dealer games contribution varies by game.
39zk strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, or exploiting software errors or loopholes to gain unfair advantage. Accounts identified engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and funds deposited may be returned minus any bonuses and winnings.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. 39zk is not responsible for incorrectly placed bets due to User error. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, 39zk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. 39zk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or limit stake amounts at any time.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information section. RTP represents theoretical long-term returns over millions of game rounds; actual results in individual sessions will vary significantly.
39zk offers betting on togel lottery draws including Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets. Bets are accepted until the official closing time for each market. Results are based on official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. In the event of a disputed result or draw cancellation, 39zk will follow the ruling of the official lottery operator. Stakes on cancelled draws will be refunded.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
39zk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information during registration or KYC verification, or if your Account activity patterns suggest bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 39zk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if 39zk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
39zk is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processor failures, force majeure events, or errors in third-party game providers' software.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 39zk is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with 39zk's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
